Must possess strong management & technical skills, communication, report writing & exp w/client & regulatory interaction. Prep work plans & investigation reports; perform soil/groundwater enviro site investigations & data evaluations; remedial engineering & design, including prep of specifications & drawings for in situ soil & groundwater remedies. Knowledge of NJ (ISRA) & Federal (RCRA) regulations; Supervise direct staff, subcontractors & remediation contractors. Prepare bid specs & coordinate contractor bidding. Ability to manage small to mid-size projects simultaneously. |
