Founded in 1989, Hygun Group offers over 60 years combined search experience in executive recruiting.
Dan Hydrick, founder/CEO and a Vietnam veteran established a system of coaching candidates on the right approach to career moves, hiring practices and interview capture to work toward a win/win hiring system for the client or organization. He also graduated with a degree in Sanitary Engineering in Colorado.
Christian Hydrick is COO and Vice Chair of the Board of Directors. He started with the firm as a research assistant and after graduating from the University of Alabama with a degree in Business, opened the Los Angeles recruiting office for Hygun Group. His teams have continued to achieve a placement rating of 99% on retainers.
Ryan Goodman Director of Business Development Search Execution for International Infrastructure, Environmental and Federal Programs over 15 years of executive level recruiting since his days at Iowa State. His responsibilities include client management, business development, strategic planning, staff mentoring and development.
John Hardin oversees Contracts for Federal Programs for Hygun Group. He is a 27 year veteran of the United States Navy and Air Force with 23 years of DoD Aerospace experience from such companies as Northrop Grumman, Lockheed Martin and Rockwell Collins. Besides his aerospace background, he has worked as a nuclear power industry consultant. John is a graduate of Embry Riddle Aeronautical Univ. Daytona, FL holding a BS in Aeronautics/ Minor in Management.
