Jennifer Farmer, EVP/Director Leadership Solutions

Jennifer obtained her M.S. degree from Suffolk University, Boston, MA, in Mental Health Counseling and her B.S. degree in Psychology at the University of Florida. She has over 20 years experience in helping individuals, groups and businesses with growth and instructs organizations on how to manage change. She joined Hygun Group Leadership Solutions team in 2008 and was promoted to the position of Director Leadership Solutions Program in 2011. Through her years of experience, she brings a strong expertise in executive coaching, strategic management evaluation and hiring oversight. Her skills have helped our clients and candidates implement not only their skill set awareness, but enhance work place performance. Her counseling background also helps set strategic plans for leadership improvement and succession planning. Additionally, she has also worked in private practice, directed programs for public, local county and state agencies; as well as managed Medicare programs and supervised clinical staff. Her strengths and experience as a License Professional Counselor and consultant to local and national businesses has given Jennifer a strong insight to Human Capital improvement.
