*Opportunity Hires: Because of Hygun Group, Inc.'s relationships across many years of working with hiring authorities and open candidates, we are constantly being sought out by "passive" candidates asking what the market might be like for them. After careful vetting, and with the candidate's permission we make, "qualified" inquiries to selected clients as to the potential needs of just such a passive candidate.

**Pegboard or Future candidate(s) needs: Clients always have present and future growth needs and as such Hygun Group, Inc., wants to take a "pro-active role.  At the clients request, we will put "future search work" on a Pegboard. If a candidate should surface and has the skill and history we will make a call to the client, with the candidate's permission to see if the skills and the timing would be right to move forward.
